What we are using to hold the skin in place Here is something I came up with to put the skins in place. The angle just clamps to the framework, and then you bolt the tab and spacer on. The spacer is cut into 2 pieces at an angle so it can have some fine adjustment. Just tap with a hammer, and it goes on level. After you get a few bolts in the top of the piece of skin unbolt the tabs. then pull the angle up inside the bus. Need ramps strong enough for your bus? We made these out of stuff available at your local hardware store. To use these I air the bus all the way up. Slide them under the bus in front of the drive axle, and pull forward. The tag axle will be off the ground. Make sure the buss is aired up completely before driving back off! |
